The Les Fougères team of professional hosts, servers and chefs take pride in offering wonderful food and wines delivered with warmth, grace and efficiency. We would be honoured to host your Wedding celebration, social or corporate event.

Our Event Coordinators can guide you through the planning phase, and our Maître d'Hôtels will ensure that your Wedding or party runs smoothly, whether it be a wedding ceremony and reception or meal, rehearsal dinner, post-wedding brunch or other gathering.

Our restaurant sits at the edge of a maple and birch forest where overarching branches provide an inspiring natural cathedral - so fitting for special occasions such as weddings. The gardens are rich with mature perennials, wildflowers, edible flowers, herbs and vegetables. The woodland backdrop boasts a delightful path for meandering under the soaring forest canopy and for memorable photo opportunities.

Summer Pavilion + Gardens

Host your event or wedding in our gardens

The Pavilion is a 30’ x 60’ tent on a cement base with round tables each seating 6-8 guests. The tables are set with white linen, china, glassware and cutlery. Flowers and vines are used to decorate the tables and the supporting structures of the inside of the tent.

The meals are prepared in our summer kitchen (attached to the Pavilion) by Les Fougères chefs. We offer plated table service and full wine service (not buffet); cocktail reception food is passed by service staff.

Light-filled dining room

Looking out over the gardens and forest, this is an intimate and light-filled space to host your group celebrations of up to 32 people. Your wedding ceremony can take place outside in the garden, with the following reception held in the air-conditioned comfort of the Restaurant’s dining room. The group menus are made up of typical Les Fougères dishes – a slightly more formal tone than in the Summer Pavilion.

As always, your meal will be served by our professional and courteous staff. Please note that the restaurant is not able to accommodate groups of more than 12 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings in the summer.

Truly the Best of Both Worlds

Light-filled dining room

Combining the very best of all worlds is the option to book Restaurant Les Fougères for your exclusive use. This "not open to the public" event provides you the opportunity to arrive from 3:00 pm onwards for your mid afternoon Wedding Ceremony in the garden under our Wedding arbor or anywhere else on the Les Fougères property that you would like. This could be followed by a reception in the gardens and Pavillion as you have your photographs taken amongst the flowers or along the paths and trails of Les Fougères. An early evening dinner could then take place in the Pavillion followed by dancing, and late night nibbles inside the restaurant.

Alternatively, your outdoor Wedding Ceremony could be followed by pre dinner drinks and canapés in the garden followed by a lovely long gastronomic dinner inside our award winning restaurant. For those wishing to top off or start off the evening with a traditional twist, Les Fougères offers a "cigar and scotch" element to the evening. Enjoy the beauty of our country sky and savor some of the best as the stars twinkle above.

These are just two of the possible ways you might want to arrange your special event. In essence this option offers you the opportunity to have your whole Wedding Day unfold at Les Fougères with access to all our distinctive qualities and amenities inside and out.

Customize your special event at Restaurant Les Fougères from the following options

Your Wedding Ceremony and/or Luncheon in our Gardens and Summer Pavilion - 50-120 guests
Our Summer Pavillion is a place of unique woodland beauty. Your special event will be an elegant yet relaxed outdoor summer wedding ceremony followed by a sit down luncheon in our pavillion tent with full table and wine service. The Pavilion is available for groups of 50-120 and any day between 10 am and 5 pm.

Your Wedding Ceremony and/or Reception in our Gardens and Summer Pavilion - 80-150 guests
Your special event will be an elegant yet relaxed outdoor summer gathering with the Les Fougères staff on hand to pass around a selection of delicious canapés and beverages. The Pavilion is available for groups of 80-150 and any day between 10 am and 5 pm.

Your Wedding Ceremony in our gardens and/or dinner or luncheon in the restaurant - 12-32 guests
(excluding weekend evenings during the summer and saturday evenings throughout the year)
Our event coordinator will be happy to assit you in organizing the perfect combination.

Your Exclusive use of Les Fougères Gardens, Pavillion and Restaurant
This option is "la crème de la crème". You and your guests will have full and private access to our beautiful restaurant and surrounding woodland property. Available from 3 pm onward.
Minimum charge $12, 000 before taxes and gratuities.
Maximum number for restaurant service - 70 guests.
Maximum number for pavillion service- 120 guest
Our event coordinator will be happy to assit you in organizing a most memorable experience.
